I am a licensed mental health counselor in an independent private practice. I enjoy providing psychotherapy and counseling to youth, individual adults, couples, families and groups. I actively support clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, parenting struggles, relationship difficulties and searches for meaning and life enrichment.
